Understanding the context to achieve the set objectives.

A quintessentially Quebec brand since 1895, Olang Canada collaborates closely with sustainable European suppliers to offer unparalleled quality. Olang provides a diverse range of sturdy winter boots, ideal for braving cold climates, as well as hiking shoes designed for outdoor comfort and performance. Olang Canada is committed to offering Canadian consumers superior quality products, combining Italian style with functionality, for both children and adults.

Solutions that exceed expected results.

The Zéro Un Zéro team has been acting as a strategic advisor to Olang Canada since 2017. This close collaboration is based on a comprehensive ecosystem vision:

Consulting & Digital Strategy: Development of cohesive action plans to guide the company in its digital choices, the opening of new markets, and synergy with its retail partners.

E-commerce & Web Development (Shopify & WordPress): Design, optimization, and unification of online platforms to offer a high-end, seamless, and conversion-oriented brand experience.

Media Placement & Acquisition: Deployment of targeted and highly profitable advertising campaigns (generating an 11.90 ROAS) to maximize brand awareness and support both online and in-store sales.

Hosting & Empowerment: Management of secure, high-performance hosting and continuous knowledge transfer through tailored training for internal teams.

This long-term synergy has resulted in a strong, unified brand and extremely profitable digital growth on a North American scale.
